Sprint Goal — Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) Practice Questions
The Sprint Goal is the single objective for the Sprint, providing focus and coherence to the Developers' work and allowing some flexibility in exactly what is built. The PSM I exam tests that the Sprint Goal is created during Sprint Planning, is part of the Sprint Backlog, and gives the Developers latitude to adjust the selected work as long as the goal is not compromised. If the Sprint Goal becomes obsolete, the Product Owner may cancel the Sprint, which is the only person with that authority.
