Scrum Team — Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) Practice Questions
The Scrum Team consists of exactly three accountabilities: the Product Owner, the Scrum Master, and the Developers, and is intentionally small, typically ten or fewer people. The PSM I exam tests that the Scrum Team is the fundamental unit of Scrum and is self-managing, meaning it decides internally who does what, when, and how. There are no sub-teams or hierarchies within the Scrum Team, and all three accountabilities share responsibility for the success of each Sprint.
